This Privacy Policy explains how Monday House LLC (“Monday House,” “we,” or “us”) collects, uses, and protects information through our website and bookkeeping-related services.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide when requesting a quote, contacting us, completing onboarding, or using our services. This may include your name, business name, email address, telephone number, business details, and information about your bookkeeping needs. To perform agreed services, we may receive financial records, bank and credit card statements, transactions, invoices, vendor and customer details, and other records you provide or authorize us to access.

If you choose to receive text messages, we collect your mobile number, SMS consent record, messaging preferences, and message content. Our hosting and service providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses and access logs, to operate and secure their services.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes and agreements, onboard clients, perform bookkeeping services, request needed documents, coordinate appointments, communicate about accounts and billing, maintain business records, and protect our systems. With your optional consent, we also use your mobile number for bookkeeping-related client texts.

How information is shared

Personal information, including mobile numbers and SMS consent, is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing, promotional purposes, or lead generation.

We use service providers to operate our business, including Microsoft Forms, SharePoint and OneDrive for forms and documents, QuickBooks for accounting and billing, Zoom Phone for communications, and an electronic signature service for agreements. Information may be processed by these providers as needed to deliver their services. Mobile numbers, message content, and consent information may be processed by messaging providers and carriers only as needed to deliver and administer the text messaging service, or as required by law.

We may also disclose information when you authorize us to do so, when required by law or valid legal process, or as necessary to protect rights, security, and prevent fraud.

Protecting and retaining information

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect client information, including controlled access to client records and secure document-sharing tools. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

We retain information as needed to provide services, maintain business records, meet applicable obligations, and resolve disputes. You may contact us to ask about access, corrections, or deletion. Some records may need to be retained for legal or business obligations.
