SMS Terms of Service

These terms apply to optional bookkeeping-related text messages from Monday House LLC (“Monday House,” “we,” or “us”).

Optional consent and message purpose

By selecting the separate, optional SMS consent choice in our onboarding form or written onboarding materials, you agree to receive bookkeeping-related client texts from Monday House at the mobile number you provide. Messages may include onboarding coordination, document requests, appointment scheduling, billing reminders, service updates, and responses to your questions.

Consent is not a condition of purchasing services. You may choose email communication instead. Providing a mobile number alone does not constitute SMS consent. This program is for client service communications, rather than promotional messages.

Message frequency and costs

Message frequency varies depending on your service needs and communications with us. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier’s plan.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any Monday House text to opt out. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out; after that, no further texts will be sent unless you give consent again. Opting out of texts does not cancel your bookkeeping services. We can continue communicating by email.

Privacy and delivery

Personal information, including mobile numbers and SMS consent, is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing, promotional purposes, or lead generation. Messaging providers and carriers may process information as needed to deliver and administer the service, or as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for more information.

Text delivery depends on carrier networks and service availability. Delivery may be delayed or unavailable; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Please use the client document-upload process for sensitive financial records rather than sending them by text.

Changes and contact
